Holiday Notice during the festivals

The Rural Institution for Committee Development (RICOD) wishes each of you and your families very happy Dashain and Tihar celebrations!

Please note that our offices and field work will be closed from 22 October (Sunday) to 27th October (Friday) for  Dashain festival and November 12 (Sunday) to November 16 (Thursday) for Tihar festival.
