During this strategy period (2022-2026), RICOD has decided to
work on five strategic themes. These include primary health care, school education, food security, emergency humanitarian response and climate
change. Each of the strategic themes are clarified through strategic
objectives. Indicators are established for each objective. Some of
the baseline data and targets are set for each indicator. Following are the strategic objectives of organization.
1. To Increase and enhance to Primary health care services
2. To improve the quality of early childhood development, basic, and secondary education
3. To improve the food security and nutrition of target groups
4. To provide humanitarian assistance to households affected by disasters
5. To address climate change issues at the household, community, and RICOD-wide levels
