• Increase the knowledge of adolescents and youths'  on sexual and reproductive health
• Improve the balanced food consumption practices of families/households (HHs) 
• Improve the proper water, sanitation, and hygiene practices of families/households (HHs) 
• Improve the maternal health care services: Antenatal care (ANC), Postnatal care (PNC), Institutional delivery
